Hello my name is Yu.
I am a licensed real estate sales agent in California.
Originally from Osaka, Japan and I moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2005.
I speak fluent Japanese and English.
When I bought my first condo in Torrance, it made me realize importance of a real estate agent!
That is the reason I became an agent. I simply wanted to help and assist more people to get to their ideal homes.
It used to be an analog world(ads on newspaper, magazines etc), but it is getting more computerized recently. As a professional realtor, you need to know how to use the systems now and even posting a good photos.(You don't want to sell your 1 million dollar house with ugly photos with few information.)
