As a Project Manager and Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial-JM Properties, Michael Song brings vast range of real estate business experiences and is tasked as the head of New Development & Investment Project. Since graduated from UCLA for the Master and Ph.D. degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Michael has been dedicated himself in real estate development field for over 20 years and successfully managed and completed for many residential and commercial projects. Michael’s broad range of development and investment experience includes Retail Shopping Center, Land Development & Subdivision, Office, Industrial Warehouses, Multi-family Apartment, residential houses, etc. He has accumulated so many valuable experiences in commercial and residential real estate field. He is now one of the top expert and brings a wealth of knowledge and insight in the areas like new project procurement, development project management, financial analysis & risk management, remodeling & value addition strategy, construction management, engineers & architect coordination, entitlement & permit process, etc. Michael is currently member of California Association of Realtors, America Society of Civil Engineers, California licensed Professional Engineer.
